I attempted to make small talk conversation and the dealer literally said NOTHING at all. I sat at a blackjack table for over an hour by myself with a dealer. How some of these people passed 'an audition' is beyond me. This is one of the few places that I have been to where the majority of dealers lack in their personality and customer service.
